Simon Goh is Head of Group Digital Experience at Great Eastern, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of designers to build the next generation of digital services for customers and financial advisors across the region.

Before joining Great Eastern, Simon consulted for dozens of large enterprises on using digital to drive commercial growth and change how they work internally. Earlier, he spent a decade leading knowledge management initiatives across the private and public sectors, helping organisations capture, discover and mobilise the knowledge that matters most.

His mission is to direct design, technology and business to create digital services people want to use.
